Al momento della valutazione della pratica ai fino del risarcimento assicurativo mi viene comunicato che ''i trasporti per l’Italia vengono assunti a norma di legge.. bla bla bla.. con conseguente previsione di un limite risarcitorio in caso di avaria della merce trasportata, pari ad euro 1,0 per chilogrammo di peso della merce danneggiata'' dunque il parafango pesando poco il rimborso sarebbe irrisorio, e mi propongo 20euro come cifra simbolica... danno stimato é di circa 200euro. Citerò questa compagnia per danni vediamo come andrá a finire. Fate molta attenzione con questi signori, possono distruggervi la moto e non assumersi alcuna responsabilitá. In allegato foto prima e durante il trasporto, a testimonianza che la moto era in perfette condizioni prima di essere trasportata. Avevo espressamente chiesto un imballaggio degli oggetti da spedire e mi era stato confermato. Invece i mobili sono stati stivati sommariamente nel camion e infatti un tavolo inglese dell'800 appena restaurato con tanto di fattura e' stato rigato. Purtroppo nella consegna concitata per la mancanza di tempo dei due addetti non ho potuto controllare, anche perché la metà degli oggetti me la sono dovuta portare da solo a casa. Le casse non erano segnate e ho dovuto procedere alla apertura per vedere se erano le mie. Due tappeti non sono mai arrivati a destinazione, alla partenza erano stati appoggiati su un divano ed avevo chiesto di aggiungerli alla lista, cosa che ovviamente non è stata fatta.
