Sono partito sabato 31 luglio alle 4.30 alla volta di campitello di Fassa in Trentino. Il viaggio sarebbe dovuto durare 8 ore, ma alla fine ne abbiamo impiegate 15, per uno sfortunato problema meccanico, non dipeso da nessuno, la cosiddetta mala sorte. Sono stato in continuo contatto con Davide, il quale visibilmente dispiaciuto, mi ha rassicurato dicendomi che lunedì avrebbe fatto arrivare un nuovo mezzo a sostituzione di quello in mio possesso. Assolutamente fantastico. Un grazie particolare a Franco che ci ha portato il nuovo mezzo permettendoci così di continuare tranquillamente la nostra vacanza. Grazie D&D, siete unici. Good morning , My name is Paolo, I don't usually write reviews but D&D rentals and in particular Davide, without forgetting Franco, deserve it all. I left on Saturday 31 July at 4.30 am for Campitello di Fassa in Trentino. The journey should have lasted 8 hours, but in the end we took 15 hours, due to an unfortunate mechanical problem, which did not depend on anyone, the so-called bad luck. I was in constant contact with Davide, who visibly disappointed, reassured me by telling me that on Monday he would send a new vehicle to replace the one in my possession. Absolutely amazing. A special thanks to Franco who brought us the new vehicle, thus allowing us to continue our holiday safely. Thanks D&D, you are unique.

L’auto che abbiamo noleggiato ad un prezzo più che competitivo, era pulita e sanificata.Davide, il titolare della ditta, che normalmente mette sempre al primo posto il cliente, è educato, cortese e professionale, qualità che dovrebbero rientrare nella norma di una attività commerciale ma che purtroppo si riscontrano ormai raramente. We have been working with D&D rentals for several years and we were not disappointed this year too. The car we rented at a more than competitive price was clean and sanitized.Davide, the owner of the company, who normally always puts the customer first, is polite, courteous and professional, qualities that should fall within the norm of a commercial activity but which unfortunately are now rarely found.
