m	martina4181 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sn recata da loro perché avevo una fascite nn riuscivo neanche a poggiare i piedi a terra.. mi hanno detto che dovevo mettere un plantare fatto da loro su misura ed avrei risolto il problema..visita+plantare costo 130€ poi dovevo metterci un paio di scarpe adatto e lì mi propongono un paio di scarpe in offerta a 70€ .. totale 200€ spesi avevo detto mille volte di portare un 38 di piede mi hanno dato un 37e mezzo che con l' aggiunta della suola ortopedica erano talmente strette da non riuscire a camminare mi è stato risposto che si doveva abituare il piede,torno a casa premetto che sulla scatola i numeri delle scarpe erano in misura inglese guardo su internet e mi accorgo che qllo nn era un 38 ma un 37 e mezzo..morale mi sn riempita di vesciche torno in negozio e mi viene detto di camminare che il piede si sarebbe abituato mi esce il sangue per via delle vesciche e dei taglietti sotto e ai lati dei piedi sn andata in negozio dicendo che mi sarei rivolta ad un avvocato mi hanno ridato i soldi e così si è chiusa la vicenda nn ci tornerò mai più I went to them because I had fasciitis I could not even put my feet on the ground .. they told me that I had to put a custom made insole and I would have solved the problem .. visit + insole cost € 130 then I had to put a pair of suitable shoes and there they offer me a pair of shoes on offer at 70 € .. total 200 € spent I had said a thousand times to wear a 38 foot they gave me a 37e half which with the addition of the orthopedic sole were so narrow from not being able to walk I was told that you had to get used to the foot, I go home I state that on the box the shoe sizes were in English size I look on the internet and I realize that qllo nn was a 38 but a 37 and a half .. morale sn filled with blisters I go back to the shop and I am told to walk that the foot would have got used to me the blood comes out because of the blisters and the cuts under and on the sides of the feet left in the shop saying that I would have contacted a lawyer they gave me back the money and so the story is closed nn I will never go back

Mi sono recata al negozio per un tutore alla mano: il "personale tecnico" ha preso le misure ed ordinato il prodotto che è arrivato dopo 15 giorni ma è risultato troppo grande. Mi sono recata nuovamente in negozio per cambiare il prodotto. Questa volta è arrivato rapidamente ma quando il personale tecnico (che di tecnico non si è capito cosa avesse) avrebbe dovuto spiegarmi come utilizzarlo non è stato in grado di farlo: lo abbiamo capito in autonomia facendo varie prove. Totally incompetent and disrespectful staff. I went to the shop for a brace in my hand: the "technical staff" took the measurements and ordered the product which arrived after 15 days but was too big. I went to the store again to change the product. This time it arrived quickly but when the technical staff (who did not understand what he had as a technician) had to explain to me how to use it he was unable to do it: we understood it independently by doing various tests.
