Dopo varie peripezie, carro attrezzi e problematiche varie e per di più è anche venerdì pomeriggio. Contattiamo l'autofficina che capisce il problema, tramite mille telefonate e foto reperiscono i pezzi e ci dicono che se arriviamo per le 18 riescono a fare tutto in un'ora. Arriviamo per le 18:05 e con la collaborazione di tre meccanici super per le 19:00 avevamo la nostra macchina per tornare a Verona. Sembra scontato mettersi nei panni di altri ma non è così. Grazie mille al responsabile che umanamente ha capito la nostra situazione Returning from a holiday in Puglia we ran into a problem with the car, stopped on the highway with smoke and various noise. We contact the garage that understands the problem, through a thousand phone calls and photos they find the pieces and tell us that if we arrive by 6 pm they can do everything in an hour. We arrive at 18:05 and with the collaboration of three super mechanics by 19:00 we had our car to go back to Verona. It seems obvious to put yourself in the shoes of others but it is not so. Many thanks to the manager who humanly understood our situation

Purtroppo nell'ultimo cambio gomme il tempo di attesa è stato molto alto, più di 90 minuti. Ho dovuto cercare l'auto nel parcheggio e segnalare all'ufficio che l'operazione era stata conclusa e che potevo ritirare la macchina. Forse solo un episodio.
