Prendo appuntamento per ore 19 al mio arrivo nessuno mi controlla il Green Pass, e trovo una sala d'attesa minuscola con circa 25 persone, alcune persone erano costrette a stare al freddo fuori al balcone altre invece a sedersi a pochi centimetri da perfetti sconosciuti nonostante il Covid. Dopo 1 ora e mezza di agonia mancavano ancora 4 pazienti ma nel frattempo la sala continuava a riempiersi a quel punto la mia pazienza non riesce più a sostenere tutto questo scempio e quindi decido di andarmene, anche perché la segretaria della dottoressa D'anna aveva inviato agli accompagnatori dei pazienti a stare fuori al freddo siccome ne eravamo in tanti in sala d'attesa. Ora mi chiedo come sia possibile che dal parrucchiere/barbiere c'è bisogno di una valida prenotazione per accedere mentre in uno studio medico PRIVATO ci sia tutto questo scempio. Per fortuna non ho avuto il piacere di interloquire con la dottoressa ma è bastato poco per capire che più di una dottoressa è una macellaia. Now I wonder how it is possible that the hairdresser / barber needs a valid reservation to access while in a PRIVATE doctor's office there is all this mess. Luckily I didn't have the pleasure of speaking with the doctor but it didn't take much to understand that more than one doctor is a butcher.

Non si tira mai indietro a un paziente mai. Best doctor you can ever meet. Empathetic and friendly. But above all very well prepared. She puts patients first and I've known her for years. Sgorbutica,per niente esaustiva ,ma soprattutto PER NIENTE EMPATICA,desiderosa solo di denaro. Le stavo per fare una domanda circa ciò che avevo e lei SUBITO “sono 60 euro il pos non va solo contati” . Per non parlare del fatto che avevo appuntamento alle 18:45 sono entrata alle 20:40! Per stare all’interno solo UN MINUTO (ho atteso al gelo insieme a mia madre fuori la sala perché dentro c’era una caos di persone) nemmeno il tempo di sedermi,ma il tempo solo di aprire il portafogli GIURO! SCONSIGLIATISSIMA! Non ci RITORNEREI. piuttosto rivolgetevi a dottori che sappiano avere un dialogo con i loro pazienti.. Andate altrove!!! If I could I would give 0 stars, one is even too much. A dimostrazione della sua grande preparazione depone il numero di pazienti da lei assistiti e guariti, tra cui anche me, affetta da una patologia che con delicatezza e discrezione mi ha curato nell'arco del tempo. Sottolineo che sono rispettate nello studio le vigenti disposizioni anticovid e regna un'ottima cura degli ambienti. Tutti i pazienti incontrati nella sala d'attesa dello studio sono sempre stati entusiasti e pronti a consigliarla anche ad altri. Highly qualified and up-to-date competence and professionalism.
