★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’unico, in provincia di Cuneo, che a seguito di un’ infestazione da acari della farina nella mia cucina (probabilmente provenienti da un pacco di pasta per cani), ha capito subito di che tipo di parassita stessi parlando e preso a cuore la mia vicenda. Dopo qualche chiamata poco incoraggiante ad altre aziende nel settore, ho avuto modo di parlare telefonicamente con un ragazzo che non solo mi ha cercato un’attrezzatura compatibile a livello domestico per effettuare un trattamento con il calore, ma una volta appuratane l’introvabilità mi ha consigliato un prodotto per cercare di risolvere il problema autonomamente, prima di arrivare a intervenire con prodotti professionali. Concludendo la chiamata dicendomi di ricontattarlo in caso il tentativo non fosse andato a buon fine e dicendomi, a fronte della mia disperazione, che in qualche modo avremmo risolto.
Voglio dire grazie con il cuore per la professionalità con cui sono stata trattata. E consigliare questa azienda perché, in provincia di Cuneo, in base alla mia esperienza è la migliore. Cortesia, ma soprattuto competenza.
