Pessima esperienza. Arrivato tecnico, ha voluto sostituire lo scambiatore acqua calda sanitaria senza nemmeno provare a pulirlo....c'era mia madre anziana in casa..... Poi arrivo io.....a mia domanda diretta per quale motivo aveva deciso di sostituire senza tentare la pulizia con acido e pompa, ha detto che era per fare prima e perchè non aveva la pompa con se. Secondo loro è normale che io paghi 300€ perchè loro vogliono "fare prima" e/o si erano "dimenticati la pompa". Neanche il pudore di inventare una scusa! Esperienza quindi PESSIMA ed assenza totale di professionalità. Stavolta gli è andata male perchè c'era uno di qua che ne capiva qualcosa più di loro..... Gli ho pagato il disturbo, 50€ per la chiamata. Ovviamente loro non sono stati "signori"...ci mancherebbe...hanno preso il malloppo ed hanno alzato i tacchi. Se tutti facessero così il mondo sarebbe PEGGIORE di come già non sia. Chissà quanti ne hanno "imbacuccati" con questa storia. Consiglio. State attenti ed evitate!! Per fortuna c'è anche gente onesta in giro.....altri però!

Bad experience. When a technician arrived, he wanted to replace the domestic hot water exchanger without even trying to clean it .... my elderly mother was at home ..... Then I arrive ..... to my direct question why he had decided to replace without attempting cleaning with acid and pump, he said it was to do first and because he did not have the pump with him. According to them it is normal that I pay € 300 because they want to "do it first" and / or they "forgot the pump". Not even the decency to invent an excuse! So bad experience and total absence of professionalism. This time it went wrong because there was one here who understood something more than them ..... I paid him for the trouble, € 50 for the call. Obviously they weren't "gentlemen" ... God forbid ... they took the swag and raised their heels. If everyone did this the world would be WORSE than it already is. Who knows how many have "wrapped up" with this story. Advice. Be careful and avoid !! Fortunately there are also honest people around ..... others though!
