n	nancy kashishi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparte pagare un sovrapprezzo al momento del ritiro di una riparazione della bici da strada, capisco con tutti i ladri che prima ti fanno un prezzo e poi al momento del pagamento inevitabilmente lo alzano andando a pagare una riparazione di più del valore della bici, ora mi ritrovo pure ad avere il cambio che fatica ad entrare tra la 3/4 marcia. Pessimo lavoro... Apart from paying a premium when picking up a road bike repair, I understand with all the thieves that first they make you a price and then at the time of payment they inevitably raise it by going to pay a repair more than the value of the bike, now I I also find myself having the gearbox that struggles to get between 3/4 gear. Bad job ...
G	Gianluca Brescacin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho aspettato un po' prima di mettere una recensione ma devo dare assolutamente 5 stelle, non solo al negozio che è ben disposto e attrezzato, ma soprattutto a chi ci lavora al suo interno, infatti cordialità, simpatia, precisione e puntualità sono solo alcune delle caratteristiche che ho notato fino ad oggi. Ti fanno sentire sempre a tuo agio come in una famiglia. Veramente top! I waited a while before posting a review but I must give absolutely 5 stars, not only to the shop that is well arranged and equipped, but above all to those who work there, in fact friendliness, friendliness, precision and punctuality are just some of the features I've noticed to date. They always make you feel comfortable like in a family. Really top!
E	Enrico Bressan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche mese fa ho portato in manutenzione le mie due bici presso la vostra officina, sia quella da corsa che uso per gli allenamenti, che la mtb comprata due anni e mezzo fa da voi. Il risultato dopo 4/5 mesi è questo scempio qua. Inoltre ho una mtb con cui gareggio che da quando l'ho comprata non mi aveva mai dato problemi, ma dopo la vostra manutenzione, con cambio dei cuscinetti della serie sterzo e del movimento centrale, evidentemente montati senza un filo di grasso, produce scricchiolii come fosse una carretta di vent'anni fa (infatti me li sono smontati per controllare lo stato e per ingrassarli e sono pieni di sporco all'interno e praticamente già da buttare) ! Per non parlare del blocco forcella, che in una bici da 5000 euro, non siete riusciti a fare nulla di meglio che adattarmi un bloccaggio a tre posizioni che per chiuderlo devo fare forza con tutta la mano! Il tutto lasciando da voi la spesa totale di quasi €700 (inclusa una coppia di ruote da strada da €150 e la manutenzione dell'ammortizzatore posteriore di altri €150, che vai neanche a vedere se serviva davvero dato che non sembra sia cambiato niente!) Penso che la manutenzione sulla bici sia proprio meglio imparare a farsela a casa perché fidarsi di officine esterne quando poi ti ritrovi sti lavori non ne vale proprio la pena! Per me l'esperienza in questo negozio spero sia finita! A few months ago I took my two bikes to your maintenance shop, both the racing bike I use for training, and the mtb I bought two and a half years ago. The result after 4/5 months is this mess here. I also have a mtb with which I have been competing which since I bought it had never given me any problems, but after your maintenance, with a change in the bearings of the headset and the bottom bracket, evidently mounted without a grease thread, it produces crunches like if it were a cart twenty years ago (in fact I dismantled them to check the status and to fatten them and they are full of dirt inside and practically already to be thrown away)! Not to mention the fork lock, which in a 5,000 euro bike, you couldn't do anything better than to fit a three-position lock that I have to force my hand to close! All leaving you the total cost of almost € 700 (including a pair of € 150 street wheels and the maintenance of the rear shock absorber of another € 150, which you even go to see if you really needed it since nothing seems to have changed anything !) I think the maintenance on the bike is really better to learn to have it at home because trusting external workshops when you find yourself working there is not really worth it! For me the experience in this shop I hope is over!
