CV Tires would therefore have the obligation to dispose of them and, if you want to be picky, with the purchase invoice in your hand indicating the fulfillment of the obligation to pay the ELT contribution, you would be entitled to call the municipal police in order to comply with the disposal system required by law. Furthermore, I would like to point out that Milan has only one recycler that exceptionally receives end-of-life tires from private individuals and is located in Muggiano in via Lombardia. The owner is very rude: due to a misunderstanding on the phone I arrived, according to the owner, late. At my polite but firm attempt to explain myself, he handed me the two tires I had bought with Gommadiretto and sent them directly to fit them and told me to go somewhere else. In my view, they don't treat customers like that. He'll never see me again. I do not recommend it. After four months I read the manager's answer and it contains falsehoods: he told me to show up at 16.30-17.00 and I showed up at 17.00 on the correct day and he told me that there was no more time for work!

I called CV Gomme after buying tires online and seeing the tire dealers in the area on the purchase site. Vittorio the owner was very helpful and immediately got me caught between a tire change and another ... "if you can be here in 45 minutes, otherwise we will have to hear from you tomorrow and see how to do it". I arrived a few minutes late but there were no problems. Very competent, professional and quick; really kind and honest person (more unique than rare nowadays)! 5 stars guaranteed !!
