La scelta degli elementi base devono essere di alta qualità per avere un prodotto invitante, fragrante, profumato, ecc. Ricordo ancora con tantissimo piacere la sofficità di quelle brioches con lo zucchero sopra e la pallina di pasta in cima e il profumo di pane appena sfornato. Tutto merito della tradizione mantenuta nel tempo dalle attuali generazioni che ne mantengono vivo il ricordo sino ai giorni nostri.
