★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno molto deluso. Ho acquistato un interruttore dimmer della linea Ticino al non economico prezzo di 29€. Montato a casa mi accorgo che il dimmer non parte da zero per arrivare al 100% della luminosità ma bensì da un 50% circa per raggiungere il 100%. Ritorno al negozio per chiedere chiarimenti e per fare notare che in quel modo la funzione dimmer non ha alcun senso in quanto limitata.
La faccio breve dopo che mi hanno tenuto più di mezz'ora a fare prove con lampadine varie mi hanno detto che il dimmer evidentemente funziona così e che me lo dovevo tenere. Al che ho preso il dimmer e sono andato via.
Una mancanza di competenza, professionalità e soprattutto tatto che mi ha veramente deluso.
Non metterò mai più piede in questo negozio hanno perso un cliente.
They disappointed me very much. I bought a dimmer switch from the Ticino line at the not cheap price of 29 €. When mounted at home, I realize that the dimmer does not start from zero to reach 100% of the brightness but rather from about 50% to reach 100%. I return to the shop to ask for clarification and to point out that in that way the dimmer function makes no sense as it is limited.
I make it short after they kept me more than half an hour to do tests with various bulbs they told me that the dimmer obviously works like this and that I had to keep it. To which I took the dimmer and walked away.
A lack of competence, professionalism and above all tact that really disappointed me.
I will never set foot in this shop again they lost a customer.
