Siamo su un altro livello sia per la qualità di servizio(igiene costante e rigorosa) che proprio come efficacia di allenamento (risultati eccellenti garantiti in breve tempo). Mi fanno sorridere le precedenti recensioni negative dettatte da rabbia, rancore e sconfitta personale..quando si fallisce sul lavoro bisognerebbe guardarsi dentro e cercare di migliorarsi, non incaricare amici e conoscenti per "diffamare" un centro che solo chi conosce sa quanto vale. Sorridiamo soltanto davanti a questi gesti poco intelligenti. I write with great pleasure as I started working at Curves not long ago. We are on another level both in terms of quality of service (constant and rigorous hygiene) and in terms of training effectiveness (excellent results guaranteed in a short time). They make me smile the previous negative reviews dictated by anger, resentment and personal defeat..when one fails at work one should look inward and try to improve oneself, not to appoint friends and acquaintances to "defame" a center that only those who know know what it's worth. We only smile at these unintelligent gestures.

Do una stella per la gestione del centro di Frosinone che, sia a livello amministrativo che della clientela, non è soddisfacente. Personale disallineato e non tutte con le stesse competenze. In base a chi trovavi in turno il giorno del tuo allenamento, ti veniva corretto il movimento da fare sul macchinario, quindi sullo stesso attrezzo ti veniva corretto il movimento almeno 3 volte in maniera diversa. L’unica istruttrice competente e preparata è stata mandata via. Ben contenta quindi di essermi disiscritta. Sconsigliato. In itself, training with curves is practical and functional. I give a star for the management of the center of Frosinone which, both at the administrative and customer level, is not satisfactory. Staff misaligned and not all with the same skills. Depending on who you were on duty on the day of your training, the movement to be done on the machine was corrected, so the movement was corrected at least 3 times differently on the same tool. The only competent and trained instructor was sent away. Well, therefore, happy to have unsubscribed. Not recommended.

Curves è la palestra che cercavo da tempo e per questo sono davvero contenta di non essermi basata sulle varie recensioni negative che smentisco vivamente non avendole riscontrate. I am very satisfied with the quality of the hygienic service, the effectiveness of the training and above all for the present staff who gave me confidence and followed me optimally. Curves is the gym I've been looking for for a long time and that's why I'm really glad I didn't base myself on the various negative reviews that I strongly deny having failed to find them.

I risultati da me ottenuti con solo 30 minuti al giorno sono molto soddisfacenti, grazie soprattutto alla grinta e professionalità delle coach sempre attente e super preparate. Un plauso va anche alla gestione ed ai proprietari sempre disponibili per qualsiasi problema. Continuate cosi ragazze meritate tanto di più di 5 stelle.???? Excellent functional and avant-garde gym with a very welcoming and warm atmosphere. The results I obtained with only 30 minutes a day are very satisfying, thanks above all to the determination and professionalism of the always attentive and super prepared coaches. A praise also goes to the management and to the owners always available for any problem. Continue so deserved girls so much more than 5 stars

Circuito tutto al femminile si suda ma i risultati sono eccezzionali Finalmente una palestra vicina alle esigenze delle DONNE!! Ho scritto la mia prima recensione tre settimane fa. Ad oggi 19/9/2019 mi sento di modificare questo post e aggiungere un ulteriore commento Non merita più 10 stelle ma bensì 30, allenamento positivo e funzionante, consigli alimentari adeguati per ogni esigenza differente delle donne. Personale sempre più professionale e qualificato,locale confortevole ,climatizzato pulito e profumato, proprietari simpatici e sempre presenti Pienamente in disaccordo con alcune recensioni negative,andrebbero fatte con ragion di logica pensando bene a cio' che si scrive e verificando se corrispondono a verità e non scritte solo perché prese come fatto personale e di difesa. Staff always more professional and qualified, comfortable, air-conditioned clean and fragrant, friendly owners and always present Fully disagree with some negative reviews, they should be done with logical reasoning thinking well of what you write and verifying if they correspond to truth and are not written only because taken as a personal and defensive fact.
