L'unica pecca dolente sono le commesse....commesse poco provate forse...nessuna accoglienza ne con un sorriso e neanche interfacciarsi con i clienti se avessero bisogno di consigli..niente..proprio zero...e al momento di avere dei consigli sui confetti che qualità abbiano e sul gusto...domandai se fosse possibile assaggiarne almeno uno per qualità per decidere...e invece risposta non si può per vie delle norme....poco credibile in quanto avrebbe potuto dire non si può perché non li facciamo assaggiare, ma se voi li vendete, voi commesse dovreste sapere che gusto abbiano e sapere la consistenza della confettura, così facendo potete invogliare il cliente ad acquistare..detto questo non ho comprato confetti glieli ho lasciati lì... Sono stata qui per comprare all’ultimo minuto dei confetti per il battesimo di mia figlia, organizzato in 3 giorni per paura di tornare in zona rossa. Mi ha servito una signora consigliandomi un pacchetto di confetti di 5 tonalità di rosa. Peccato che quando sono tornata a casa il pacchetto era delle tonalità versione ROSSA! Torno in negozio e questa volta mi rivolgo al proprietario, lui prende il pacchetto di confetti rossi e dice alla collega “voleva quelli rosa” e la cara signora risponde “beh cosa cambia?!” ridacchiando, assurdo! E come se non bastasse, l’ultimo pacchetto rosa era quello in esposizione che il proprietario mi ha quasi tirato addosso senza chiedermi se mi andasse bene comprare un pacchetto lasciato lì per non si sa quanti mesi e toccato da chissà quante persone!!! Ma il bello viene quando, appena arrivata a casa, apro la scatola e la bustina di plastica, con i confetti al suo interno, aveva un buco!!! Ma stiamo scherzando?? Pessimo a dir poco! Avrete anche tanta roba ma se trattate così i clienti e i vostri prodotti, valete veramente poco. Sconsiglio a chiunque.
