★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preso appuntamento per una pulizia dentale e controllo tramite una compagnia assicurativa sanitaria, mi sono presentato e dopo circa 15 minuti di attesa mi dicono che l'appuntamento era disdetto (macchinario rotto)e avevano anche provato a contattarmi qualche giorno prima , ma non ho potuto rispondere ( bastava mandare un sms), poca professionalità e corettezza.
Appointed for a dental cleaning and inspection through a health insurance company, I showed up and after about 15 minutes of waiting they tell me that the appointment was canceled (broken machinery) and they had also tried to contact me a few days before, but I could not answer (it was enough to send a text message), little professionalism and correctness.
