Ho fatto 100 km inutilmente perché in fase di prenotazione nn hanno spiegato la preparazione all esame. Inoltre sto provando a spostare il nuovo appuntamento ma al CUP nn rispondono
I would put zero stars, but it's not possible.
I did 100 km in vain because during the booking phase they did not explain the preparation for the exam. I am also trying to move the new appointment but the CUP does not respond

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metterei zero stelle, ma non si può perché sono d'accordo con le recensioni precedenti rispondono maleducadamente, non aiutano a trovare il problema nonostante sbatti la testa. Direi o di starsene a casa o cambiare lavoro, perché bisogna essere più umani verso chi ha bisogno.
I would put zero stars, but you can't because I agree with the previous reviews they respond rudely, they don't help to find the problem despite banging your head. I would say either to stay at home or to change jobs, because we need to be more human towards those in need.
