★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avere una materia prima come la farina di così alta qualità non ha prezzo. E fidatevi, perché io non so nulla di grano, farine e mulini, ma non c'è niente da fare: la pizza fatta in casa è cambiata radicalmente da quando frequento questo Mulino.
Senza esagerare, pagherei la loro farina 3 volte il prezzo di listino per avere la qualità che offrono (ma che non si sappia!!! hahaha)
Having a raw material like flour of such high quality is priceless. And trust me, because I don't know anything about wheat, flour and mills, but there is nothing to do: homemade pizza has changed radically since I frequented this mill.
Without exaggerating, I would pay their flour 3 times the list price to get the quality they offer (but don't know !!! hahaha)

Sono cliente fisso da due anni e penso proprio che non userò nessuna altra farina se non Cuore di Macina ?
