La carne poi è buonissima e tenerissima , mia figlia di 12 anni ha iniziato a mangiarla perché aveva un po di anemia e si sa la carne di cavallo è ottima per apporto di ferro. Ora va matta per gli hamburger....ieri poi il signor Maurizio ci ha consigliato di provare anche gli hamburger speziati fatti da lui rigorosamente al momento...beh che dire...ottimi! Vale assolutamente la pena andare a comprare la carne lì...noi andiamo da Villaricca apposta!!! Peccato si possano dare solo 5 stelle, ne meritano molto di liu sia lui che la carne First of all, Mr. Cuomo is of a unique kindness and availability. Maurizio Cuomo, per questo qualche mese fa mi recai a S.Antimo presso la sua macelleria. Carne di prima scelta dal sapore unico e cortesia gentilezza e simpatia al servizio del cliente. Il sign.Maurizio é una persona estremamente gentile e cortese. La carne ha una squisitezza unica e da quando sono suo cliente molte mie cene le organizzo mangiando carne equina acquistata presso questa macelleria. Sapore intenso morbidezza e freschezza sono le caratteristiche di questa carne che non ha eguali. Essendo un buongustaio vi posso assicurare che una carne cosi buona non l avevo mangiata mai in vita mia. Buonissima e poi accoglienza e gentilezza di una bravissima persona quale é il sign. E’ un posto storico ed e ‘ la prima macelleria nata a Sant’antimo nel lontani anni 60 ed e’ Sinonimo di GARANZIA e serietà, consiglio a tutti di andarci. Vi assicuro che le foto non rendono giustizia per la qualità del prodotto acquistato. I salumi sono di sua produzione e sono ECCELLENTI ma soprattutto GENUINI. E come non menzionare l'eccellenza del suo bancone: il cavallo! Di quest'ultimo: da comprare assolutamente (oltre l'arrosto che è buonissimo) gli Hamburger e le salsicce di cavallo. Sono contento di aver avuto indicazioni positive su questa macelleria e mi sento in dovere di farne una recensione a favore. Qualità, cortesia ed esperienza .
