★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carne davvero ottima. Panini buonissimi e menù molto ampio, si trovano dalle carni più diffuse a quelle più particolari. Lo stesso vale per le salse. Anche i fritti sono di ottima qualità. Il locale è piccolo ma accogliente, in più è condizionato, quindi la permanenza è ancora più piacevole bei periodi caldi.
Caldamente consigliato.
Really great meat. Delicious sandwiches and a very wide menu, can be found from the most common meats to the most particular ones. The same goes for sauces. The fried foods are also of excellent quality. The place is small but welcoming, plus it is conditioned, so the stay is even more pleasant in warm weather.
Highly recommended.

Unico punto a sfavore trovare parcheggio però a 20m c'è un garage ad ore economico!
Really great, quality food! Attention to the smallest details. It stands out from any other "paninaro"! 5 star cleaning! Lightly fried and all cooked espresso! Congratulations!
The only disadvantage is finding parking but at 20m there is a cheap hourly garage!

Carne di qualità (presente anche cervo, cinghiale e Angus), pane artigianale di qualità , patate fritte (vedere foto ) fresche di giornata, possibilità di condire l'hamburger a piacimento, massima cordialità nel servizio. Se a tutto questo abbiniamo dei prezzi assolutamente competitivi (225 g di hamburger con bacon , salse, pomodori e insalata a 6.50€) allora abbiamo trovato il posto perfetto per pranzi e cene informali ma veramente soddisfacenti.
Unico rimpianto: essere di Perugia e non poterci andare tutte le settimane.
5 stars. The minimum for such a hamburger joint. Quality meat (also present venison, wild boar and Angus), quality artisan bread, fried potatoes (see photos) fresh daily, possibility to season the burger at will, maximum cordiality in the service. If we combine all this with absolutely competitive prices (225 g of burgers with bacon, sauces, tomatoes and salad for € 6.50) then we have found the perfect place for informal but truly satisfying lunches and dinners.
Only regret: being from Perugia and not being able to go there every week.
