★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All'inizio di settembre vado nel negozio Lube x un problema ad un binario della mia cucina acquistata nell'altro negozio sempre dello stesso proprietario mi viene detto che nell'arco di un mese sarei potuto passare x il ritiro senza nessun costo vado via contento oggi dopo 50 giorni contento vado a ritirare il pezzo x la mia cucina ma ma mia allegria svanisce subito quando mi viene detto che avrei dovuto pagare 35 euro "logicamente un prezzo da amico"Ora mi domando e dico se questa è serietà non sono stato io a dire che non volevo pagare ma tu hai fatto in modo che io non tornerò più nel tuo negozio

Bene entro 4 giorni mi risolvono il problema non con una riparazione ma addirittura con la sostituzione del prodotto danneggiato. Quanto ho speso? Nulla. Grazie grazie grazie
Exceptional experience, after buying a fantastic kitchen in 2014 I find myself after 5 years needing assistance. Well within 4 days I solve the problem not with a repair but even with the replacement of the damaged product. How much did I spend? Nothing. Thanks thanks thanks

Infatti non sono solita scrivere recensioni, ma in questo caso ho fretta ed entusiasmo di farlo perché siamo stati rapiti (oltre che dalla qualità e bellezza delle cucine a partire dalla collezione base) dalla professionalità, la pazienza, la competenza e la passione di Michele. Persona squisita a disposizione in tutto e per tutto, difficile non affidarsi alla sua sincerità nel dare un consiglio o nel fare un appunto. Passare ore ed ore a studiare la soluzione più pratica e più bella, abbiamo visto come lavora altra gente ma qui l'attenzione al cliente è altissima. Bravissimi venditori e professionisti

In fact, I don't usually write reviews, but in this case I'm in a hurry and enthusiastic to do it because we were kidnapped (as well as by the quality and beauty of the kitchens starting from the basic collection) by Michele's professionalism, patience, competence and passion. Exquisite person available in all respects, difficult not to rely on his sincerity in giving advice or making a note.
