S	Stella Baiocco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apprezzo l'entusiasmo del proprietario ma sinceramente non tutti i piatti sono così 'genuini'...ad esempio la lasagna...si vuole far passare come eccezionale,anche da locandina,ma sono due volte che trovo il ragù troppo salato...gl'ingredienti li conosco e non possono paragonarla para para ad una casalinga, obiettivamente...per il resto sicuramente saranno pure migliori delle altre ditte in circolazione ma,parlo solo a titolo personale,ora,non mi piace il modo di porsi del proprietario,come scrive sul suo 'giornalino' etc... aggressivo verso gli altri e troppo prolisso,anche troppo ironico...ma siamo tutti diversi, ovviamente...? Aggiunta alla risposta che '11 mesi dopo'(...)ha dato alla mia recensione: credo che il gusto sia opinabile fino ad un certo punto,non ha affatto corretto il dosaggio degli ingredienti dopo la segnalazione che le feci telefonicamente,se per lei quegli ingredienti sono di qualità continui pure,felice delle altre recensioni positive...io mi sarei aspettata altro ma ovviamente è bastato non acquistare più quel prodotto,poi...altri erano buoni ma io mi aspettavo più attenzione al cliente, tutto qui,e... nessuno le toglie il sorriso,sono pure io così e d'accordo con lei ma ho espresso ciò che pensavo, opinabile anche questo, ovviamente.Buon lavoro. Si risparmia tempo sia nel cucinare che nel fare la spesa, i prodotti sono, veramente, ottimi...tutti, ma per gli amanti del pesce consiglio vivamente il risotto alla pescatore, gli spaghetti con le vongole e la spigola al limone. Oltre tutto le consegne sono rapidissime ed effettuate con grande cortesia. Consigliatissimo. Premesso che conosco la cucina dello Chef Gennaro Garritano da più di trent’anni, ho fatto un bel ordine con la consapevolezza e la certezza che sarei rimasto molto soddisfatto. Detto questo non recensisco la mia esperienza con un voto positivo solo perché “amico”, ma per il semplice fatto che tutti gli articoli che mi sono arrivati a casa sono di un ottima (alcuni anche eccellente) manifattura. La svolta perché con meno di mezz’ora e sporcando una padella o poco più mangi come al ristorante; la svolta perché ordini oggi e in meno di 24 ore hai il prodotto in casa; la svolta perché in un momento di emergenza come questo (ricordo per chi non l’avesse ancora capito che si esce SOLO per comprovate esigenze lavorative, motivi di salute o di NECESSITÀ), c’è chi lavora per te e ti fa stare comodamente A CASA. Concludo facendo i complimenti (anche se non ne hanno bisogno) allo Chef Gennaro Garritano e a tutto il suo staff, sempre cortese e disponibile. Grazie di cuore. APPELLO AI LEONI DA TASTIERA Se notate qualche difformità con quello che leggete sul menù (esempio: minuto in più di cottura, due dita in meno di acqua, un pizzico di sale in più...), fatelo presente ai contatti indicati che sono sempre a nostra disposizione, piuttosto che recensire negativamente il duro lavoro di uno chef.
