Sono cliente da anni nonostante sia l’unico posto in cui un semplice lavaggio per un Beagle (tra l’altro di taglia piccola tanto che la scambiano ancora per cucciola nonostante abbia 10 anni) prendono ben 20 euro! Ma nonostante questo sono sempre andata portando Due cani. Fanno orari assurdi in quanto al pomeriggio sono chiusi e il sabato strapieni per ovvi motivi per cui fissare un appuntamento in settimana è sempre una lotta con gli impegni lavorativi. Ho preso appuntamento telefonicamente tre giorni fa per oggi alle 10:30. Sono andata lì e la collaboratrice mi ha detto che la proprietaria, Valentina, si era spostata un attimo. Sono stata lì più di un’ora e non solo non è arrivato nessuno ma la collaboratrice non si è neanche preoccupata di sollecitare la proprietaria al rientro visto gli appuntamenti che lei stessa aveva concordato. La cosa più assurda è che può capitare a tutti un disguido o un imprevisto ma la mancanza di rispetto e professionalità è la cosa peggiore che possa capitare. Non sarebbe costato nulla chiamare, avvisare e rimandare l’appuntamento. Il risultato della mia giornata è che ho perso più di due ore in quanto abito anche dalla parte opposta al negozio. Non si tratta così neanche il peggior essere umano. Inutile dire che non tornerò più e che mi farò portavoce di questo comportamento. Bad. They work absurd times as they are closed in the afternoon and Saturdays packed for obvious reasons why making an appointment during the week is always a struggle with work commitments. I made an appointment by phone three days ago for today at 10:30. I went there and the collaborator told me that the owner, Valentina, had moved for a moment. I was there for more than an hour and not only did no one arrive but the collaborator did not even bother to ask the owner to return given the appointments that she herself had agreed. The most absurd thing is that a misunderstanding or an unexpected event can happen to everyone but the lack of respect and professionalism is the worst thing that can happen. It would have cost nothing to call, notify and postpone the appointment. The result of my day is that I have lost more than two hours as I also live on the opposite side of the shop. Not even the worst human being is treated like this. It goes without saying that I will never return and that I will be a spokesperson for this behavior.
D	Danila Do on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto spesso quando si hanno animali si cerca di trattarli meglio di quanto si possa fare per noi stessi, ed è qui che ho trovato il miglior trattamento per la mia cucciola❤️, puntualità educazione e attenzione per la mia bulldog francese, chiaramente è importante prenotare perchè sono sempre colmi di lavoro( dato il modo di lavorare mi sembra ovvio) ma posso assicurare che la riuscita è sicura e soddisfacente. Dopo varie prove di anno in anno , avendo per amore diversi animali, ho finalmente trovato il posto che mi soddisfa, con persone che amano realmente quello che fanno e a?soprattutto gli animali. Grazie di tutto non vi cambieró mai❤️ Very often when we have animals we try to treat them better than we can do for ourselves, and this is where I found the best treatment for my puppy❤️, punctuality, education and attention for my French bulldog, clearly it is important to book because they are always full of work (given the way they work it seems obvious to me) but I can assure you that the outcome is safe and satisfactory. After several tests from year to year, having for love different animals, I finally found the place that satisfies me, with people who really love what they do and especially animals. Thanks for everything I will never change you❤️

È uscito con il pelo bianchissimo, morbidissimo e profumatissimo. Assolutamente 5 stelle. Very professional and she was very good with my Maltese who was so afraid since it was his first wash. He came out with very white fur, very soft and very fragrant. Absolutely 5 stars.

Io ho portato il mio gatto persiano ed ho riscontrato una buon approccio! Mi hanno permesso di rimanere lì tutto il tempo per guardare il processo di lavaggio. Tornerò spesso per una pulizia completa e consiglio vivamente!!! Personale gentilissimo, preparato e amante degli animali! I recommend this center for your pets! The boys are very professional and above all trained on every breed! I brought my Persian cat and I found a good approach! They allowed me to stay there the entire time to watch the washing process. I will return often for a full cleaning and highly recommend !!! Staff very kind, prepared and animal lover!

Valentina,la proprietaria è molto dolce e super professionale. From the first time I brought my Chow to the toilet I had a great time. All very nice.
