★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, chiamato tutti i numeri utili senza ricevere risposta alcuna nonostante fossi in evidente stato di gravidanza nessun autista si è fermato per darmi l'informazione che cercavo, ovvero dove poter prendere l'autobus per tornare a casa!! Sconsiglio il servizio!!
 Bad service, called all the useful numbers without receiving any answer even though I was obviously pregnant no driver stopped to give me the information I was looking for, or where to take the bus to go home !! I do not recommend the service !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella solo perché non si può meno, e utilizzo CTP tutti i giorni, perché in zona non passa altro! Ritardi, anticipi, autisti che cambiano percorsi e addirittura non si fermano avendo il pullman vuoto.
One star only because you can't do less, and I use CTP every day, because nothing else passes by in the area! Delays, advances, drivers who change routes and even do not stop when the bus is empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La situazione in data 04/07/2020 è la seguente faccio la tratta San Giorgio jonico-Taranto e ritorno il bus ha sempre 10 minuti di ritardo, a causa del covid ci sono le restrizioni che sono gestite non da una regola unica interna dell'azienda ma a discrezione dell'autista, mi spiego.
Alcuni ti dicono di salire dalla porta di dietro senza possibilità di fare il biglietto nonostante ne sei munito alcuni ti dicono di salire davanti e puoi fare il biglietto quindi devi essere munito di palla di cristallo per sapere che autista ti capiterà.
Oggi 04/07/2020 ero alla fermata alle 16,05 in attesa della corsa delle 16,10 per tornare a San Giorgio l'autista ha fatto una cosa tipo gli scherzi del film amici miei, si è avvicinato ha rallentato e poi ha accelerato senza fermarsi lasciandomi per strada.
Se non mi avesse raccolto l'autista dell'altra linea FSE sarei rimasta per strada per un altra ora con una forte minaccia di pioggia.
Complimentoni per la professionalità, come ultima cosa aggiungo che non rispondono mai al telefono che è sempre occupato.
Davvero un peccato non poter mettere sotto zero come voto e poi al nord sulle nostre cose ci prendono per i fondelli con enorme ragione.

If the driver from the other FSE line hadn't picked me up, I would have been on the street for another hour with a strong threat of rain.
Complimentoni for professionalism, as a last thing I add that they never answer the phone that is always busy.
Really a shame not to be able to sub-zero as a vote and then to the north about our things they take us for the bottom with enormous reason.

Rude, rude drivers, force them to put a card with name !!! Holiday times on the site ABSENT, how do you know if there are buses on Sundays ???? Mmm ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Più di 1ora per cercare di parlare con un operatore e nessuna risposta. Ma per avere assistenza cosa bisogna fare? Mi necessita sapere il pullman che parte da viale Virgilio (ta) alle ore 13.20, ferma a Massafra (fronte Lidl? Giorni fa' l'operatore telefonico mi disse di si c'è la fermata, mio figlio chiede all'autista e dice no. Richiamo l'operatore e la risposta "se l'autista dice che nn si ferma potrebbe essere vero"?sugli orari del sito c'è la fermata ma insomma posso avere contentezza? Chiedo a Voi CTP
