io ho solo mandato un email di richiesta informazioni , 24 ore dopo sono venuti a casa mia a spiegarmi tutti i loro prodotti , a guardare il posto dove installare il termocamino , l impianto ecc ... mi hanno spiegato come funziona il conto termico 2.0 , e hanno saputo consigliarmi al meglio il prodotto che va bene per me .... che dire... le altre aziende a cui ho scritto non hanno nemmeno risposto alle email . 5 stelle per ora !

I only sent an email requesting information, 24 hours later they came to my house to explain all their products, to look at the place to install the fireplace stove, the system, etc. ... they explained to me how the thermal account 2.0 works, and they have been able to advise me on the best product that is good for me .... what to say ... the other companies I wrote to have not even responded to emails. 5 stars for now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un esperienza a dir poco pessima, spiace non poter dare ZERO! sono un Architetto, e ancor prima un cliente che ha scelto questa azienda perché le attribuiva maggiori qualità rispetto a delle altre, ma mio malgrado mi sono dovuto ben ricredere per via della loro non presenza, incuranza e mancanza di assistenza nel post vendita. Sulla mia zona purtroppo hanno un CAT con certificate e scabrose lacune riguardo combustione e conoscenza d'impianti in generale, che dire impresentabile è poco!
Lo stesso inoltre mi ha arrecato un danno al prodotto notevole e che a tutt'oggi è ancora irrisolto.
E l'azienda!?!?! messa a conoscenza di quanto, non muove un dito, peggio non è neanche capace di offrire supporto alternativo, un altro CAT... Manco li hanno!!!
A bad experience to say the least, sorry not to be able to give ZERO! I am an Architect, and even before that a customer who chose this company because he attributed greater qualities to it than the others, but despite myself I had to change my mind because of their non-presence, carelessness and lack of after-sales assistance. In my area, unfortunately, they have a CAT with certified and scabrous gaps regarding combustion and knowledge of systems in general, which is unpresentable to say!
The same also caused me considerable damage to the product and which is still unresolved to this day.
And the company!?!?! made aware of how much, does not move a finger, worse it is not even able to offer alternative support, another CAT ... They don't even have them !!!
