★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto la ricostruzione in gel e la signora che mi ha ricevuta non mi ha neanche chiesto se preferivo l'allungamento con le tip o le cartine decidendo di fare il trattamento con le tip di sua iniziativa. Avrei dovuto fare il ritocco il 20 marzo ma è successo quello che purtroppo sappiamo: la chiusura di tutte le attività causa pandemia. Ebbene durante questo periodo mi sono accorta che le unghie presentavano delle scavature al centro di esse, si erano deformate ma non so il motivo. Finito il periodo di lockdown ho chiesto l'appuntamento per il ritocco che era compreso nel prezzo del groupon ma la signora mi ha detto che era passato troppo tempo, (anche se poteva comunque ricoprire l'unghia con il gel senza allungarla). Per non perdere l'appuntamento abbiamo convenuto insieme di fare una manicure con semipermanente. Mi ha subito detto che la priorità negli appuntamenti ce l'hanno i clienti che "pagano" come se i clienti groupon fossero di serie b perché pagano meno. Alla fine riesco ad avere l'appuntamento in breve tempo ma le sorprese non sono finite...Il trattamento me lo fa una ragazzina di appena 18 anni e fin qui nulla di male se non fosse che il giorno dopo inizia a scheggiarsi la prima unghia e via via le altre che si sono sfilate come fossero delle pellicine...Esperienza negativa su tutti i fronti non c'è altro da dire!

After the lockdown period I asked for an appointment for the touch-up which was included in the groupon price but the lady said it was too long, (although she could still cover the nail with the gel without lengthening it). In order not to miss the appointment we have agreed together to make a manicure with semi-permanent. He immediately told me that the priority in appointments has customers who "pay" as if the groupon customers were of series b because they pay less. In the end I manage to have the appointment in a short time but the surprises are not over ... The treatment is done by a girl of just 18 years old and so far nothing bad if it wasn't that the next day the first nail begins to chip and gradually the others that have come off as if they were skin ... Negative experience on all fronts there is nothing more to say!

Ho acquistato il pacchetto laser inguine. Il personale è scortese, antipatico e sempre scocciato. Non rispondono mai al telefono e, per finire, gli effetti del laser non sono stati quelli attesi, ma è come se non avessi mai fatto nulla.
Inoltre è l'unico centro estetico che fa il laser insieme alla ceretta (da pagare a parte, ovviamente) Ve lo sconsiglio!

I bought the groin laser package. The staff are rude, obnoxious and always annoyed. They never answer the phone and, finally, the effects of the laser were not what they expected, but it is as if I have never done anything.
It is also the only beauty center that does the laser together with waxing (to be paid separately, of course) I do not recommend it!

sono tornata pochi giorni fa (non sapendo che si trattava di quel centro che già conoscevo) per fare una cera con il metodo dosetta, poichè il mio centro estetico di fiducia era al completo.
ho fatto cera gambe, inguine e ascelle. la cera gambe + inguine dovrebbe costare 33 euro, mentre le ascelle 10. alla cassa mi dicono che mi hanno fatto un forfait a 40 euro. dico che pago col bancomat. la signora risponde che non c'è problema.
pago ed esco, abbastanza soddisfatta e anche contenta di aver trovato un centro estetico vicino casa che usa dosetta, utile nei casi in cui il mio di fiducia è pieno.
tornata a casa mi sono ritrovata con ciuffi di peli sparsi e inoltre sui movimenti della carta vedo che ho pagato 45 euro.
veramente senza parole.
I knew the place years ago under another name and I was not happy with it.
I came back a few days ago (not knowing that it was that center I already knew) to make a wax with the dosetta method, as my trusted beauty center was full.
I did wax legs, crotch and armpits. the wax legs + groin should cost 33 euros, while the armpits 10. at the cashier they tell me that they made me a flat rate for 40 euros. I say that I pay with an ATM. the lady replies that there is no problem.
I pay and go out, quite satisfied and also happy to have found a beauty center near my home that uses dosetta, useful in cases where my trust is full.
back home I found myself with scattered tufts of hair and also on the movements of the card I see that I paid 45 euros.
truly speechless.
