Finalmente abbiamo scoperto un posto gradevole lontano dallo smog e con prodotti di prima qualità. Servizio ottimo ambiente idem. Siete bravi anche soprattutto nella gestione del cliente che si sente coccolato al punto giusto. Lo consiglio per il crudo e non solo! Aperitivi di pesce sempre diversi, crudi eccellenti, piatti di livello superiore e una scelta illimitata di vini calabresi e non, uniti alla professionalità dello staff diretto in maniera impeccabile da Davide e Cinzia, fanno del Crug uno dei migliori ristoranti di pesce di Cosenza e non solo. Nota a parte meritano i prezzi, davvero molto contenuti. Al Crug il solito aperitivo composto da rustici sempre uguali, patatine, arachidi e olive, lascia spazio a deliziose creazioni a base di pesce fresco sempre diverse e realizzate grazie alla passione e all’infinita competenza di Davide, il tutto offerto allo stesso prezzo, anzi in molti casi addirittura più basso, dei soliti aperitivi standardizzati che si trovano in città. Since it opened it has become a regular weekly appointment. Always different fish aperitifs, excellent raw, superior dishes and an unlimited choice of Calabrian and non-Calabrian wines, combined with the impeccably managed staff by Davide and Cinzia, make Crug one of the best fish restaurants in Cosenza and beyond only. Note aside, the prices are very low. At the Crug the usual aperitif made up of always the same rustic, chips, peanuts and olives, leaves room for delicious creations based on fresh fish that are always different and made thanks to Davide's passion and infinite competence, all offered at the same price, indeed in many cases even lower, than the usual standardized aperitifs found in the city.

C' è una particolare propensione per il baccalà con ricette veramente interessanti e con inediti accoppiamenti. Buona la cantina. Locale piccolo ma molto accogliente e servizio cordiale e attento. L'attesa delle portate è nella norma. Non brillano i dolci. The restaurant is mainly fish-based. With a menu contained in the proposals but all very accurate and with quality raw materials. There is a particular propensity for cod with really interesting recipes and with unusual pairings. The cellar is good. Small but very welcoming place with friendly and attentive service. Waiting for the courses is normal. Sweets don't shine.

Il pesce é assolutamente freschissimo, i piatti curati nel minimo dettaglio, e il titolare una persona estremamente accogliente e simpatica. Da non perdere se si é a Cosenza. Ci tornerò presto e non vedo l'ora If I could put 6 stars I would do it. The fish is absolutely fresh, the dishes treated in detail, and the owner an extremely welcoming and nice person. Not to be missed if you are in Cosenza. I'll be back soon and can't wait
