Siamo stati, due sere fa, con amici e siamo riusciti ad apprezzare i panini con il pesce: buoni e leggeri. Al termine, ci sono stati offerti degli ottimi amari. Esperienza che ripeteremo e che, certamente, consigliamo. A very pleasant discovery! Very pleasant location in a small square behind the pedestrian area. We went, two nights ago, with friends and we were able to appreciate the sandwiches with fish: good and light. At the end, we were offered some excellent bitters. Experience that we will repeat and that we certainly recommend.

Appena arrivati ci siamo accomodati al tavolo e dopo averci chiesto cosa volessimo bere, ci hanno fatto arrivare delle chips di patate gustosissime e croccanti. Abbiamo preso una serie di antipasti, fra cui il gambero croccante al cocco, di una bontà veramente unica e molto sfizioso. Io ho preso il panino con il tonno, Tataki, ogni sapore si sposava magnificamente, la salsina di maionese aromatizzata dà quel tocco di scioglievolezza e cremositá che esalta ogni sapore e la croccantezza della panure di sesamini che avvolgeva il tonno rende il tutto perfettamente equilibrato. Mio marito ha preso il panino con il salmone, fresco, delicato, profumato, un trionfo di sapori e odori. Il tutto annaffiato da un ottimo vino bianco freschissimo. Abbiamo concluso con i dolci:croccante Rocher con cuore di nutella per me e Schiumone per mio marito, ottimi. Servizio cordiale, premuroso e celere. Ci riandremo prestissimo... As soon as we arrived we sat down at the table and after asking us what we wanted to drink, they made us get some very tasty and crunchy potato chips. We took a series of appetizers, including the crispy coconut shrimp, of a truly unique and very tasty goodness. I took the tuna sandwich, Tataki, each flavor matched beautifully, the flavored mayonnaise sauce gives that touch of melt and creaminess that enhances every flavor and the crunchiness of the sesamini panure that wrapped the tuna makes everything perfectly balanced. My husband had the salmon sandwich, fresh, delicate, fragrant, a triumph of flavors and smells. All washed down with an excellent fresh white wine. La cordialità dei titolari e del personale fa da cornice ad un menù diverso dal solito. Nuggets di tonno, frittura di pesce e gambero in tempura di cocco sono qualcosa di eccezionale, da far risaltare la vista e le papille gustative. I panini a base di pesce sono originali, con gusti freschi e nuovi. Posto decisamente da provare, e riprovare, perché difficilmente troverai in giro ciò che trovi da Crudo'. Originality and quality are the masters in a place with a young and innovative touch. The friendliness of the owners and staff is the setting for a different menu than usual. Tuna nuggets, fried fish and shrimp in coconut tempura are something exceptional, to bring out the eyes and taste buds. The fish sandwiches are original, with fresh and new tastes. Definitely a place to try, and try again, because you will hardly find around what you find at Crudo '.

Il cannolo con i gamberi e stracciatella ha un sapore bilanciato, nessun sapore è offuscato da quello degli altri ingredienti, l'intera cena potrebbe definirsi una "food experience" innovativa, dai sapori ricercati. Grande professionalità ed attenzione per il cliente. Appena arrivati hanno "servito" una ciotola di acqua al nostro cagnolino. Da non perdere It was not a simple dinner but a unique experience. Non è il solito posto. L'ambiente è giovane, adatto ad una serata allegra. The square where the tables are set is evocative. Interni ben curati e arredati in uno stile moderno e fresco. Il personale è attento, preciso e veloce. Nota di merito per la scelta di mettere la cucina a vista, appena entrati. Il menu è molto corto, poche portate ma quelle che ci sono danno una precisa impronta al locale, ne offrono una visione completa: si tratta di pesce, nel 99% dei casi crudo (da qui il nome del ristorante). Interessanti i cannoli “salati”, molto buoni i panini: ho preso un tartare di gambero e l’accoppiata degli ingredienti (burrata, mango, songino, avocado e maionese al basilico) è davvero azzeccata. Gusto molto fine, elegante, fresco. Buone anche le nuggets di pesce spada, ispirate alle ben più famose di pollo. Il tutto piacevolmente abbinato con un calice di prosecco. I prezzi sono alti, sicuramente sopra la media, ma giustificati nella maggior parte dei casi per la qualità eccellente delle materie prime utilizzate. Un’esperienza culinaria da provare! 4.5 ⭐️ A particular, new place that really offers a type of experience different from all the others that are present in Milazzo and its surroundings. Well-kept interiors furnished in a modern and fresh style. The staff is attentive, precise and fast. Note of merit for the choice to put the kitchen on sight, as soon as you enter. The menu is very short, a few courses but those that are there give a precise imprint to the place, they offer a complete view: it is fish, in 99% of cases raw (hence the name of the restaurant). The "salty" cannoli are interesting, the sandwiches are very good: I took a prawn tartare and the combination of ingredients (burrata, mango, songino, avocado and basil mayonnaise) is really spot on. Very fine, elegant, fresh taste. Also good are the swordfish nuggets, inspired by the much more famous chicken. All nicely paired with a glass of prosecco. The prices are high, certainly above average, but justified in most cases by the excellent quality of the raw materials used. A dining experience to try!
