I felt really accompanied and followed in the best possible way and for this I want to thank Diego who, right from the start, put my needs at the center and satisfied my requests with a kindness and professionalism that are really rare! NON consiglio assolutamente il servizio di Fine Art: lavoro scarso degli operatori (che oltretutto hanno anche danneggiato il pavimento dell'immobile). Traslocatori all'arrivo a destinazione maleducati e non professionali non in grado di parlare correttamente Italiano. Non consiglio la società Crown Relocations. Btw...the link in your answer does not work... Very little professionalism that is not expected from a company of this type. I absolutely do NOT recommend the Fine Art service: poor work by the operators (who have also damaged the floor of the building). Rude and unprofessional movers on arrival at destination unable to speak Italian correctly. I don't recommend Crown Relocations. Btw ... the link in your answer does not work ...

A	Andre Monza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Crown to relocate our household from Malaysia to Padova/Italy. We have been assigned Mr. Diego Bonizzoni from the Milan office to handle all local affairs. Despite a very complex situation caused by the COVID emergency, Mr. Bonizzoni has shown extreme commitment, attention to detail and has gone out of his way to expedite our shipment, helped navigate local bureaucracy amongst other things. We feel that Crown has been the right choice for us and I would not hesitate to recommend this firm to anybody who needs to move their household across continents. It is worthwhile mentioning that not even a glass broke in our 40-foot container.

My package was lying somewhere in one warehouse. In just 7 days before my move, Crown came for my help. The team was very professional in giving me options, the team picked up the items from the warehouse, and packaged it for the move. The staff was informing me through every 2-3 days where my package was, when it will be shipped and when it will be custom cleared in Singapore. I received my package and crown did help in unpacking all the stuffs across. In short, very professional, punctual and helpful staff all around. Thanks a ton guys for the help and support . Keep up the good work.
S	S T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional services at Crown Relocations provided by Diego Bonizzoni and Floriana Di Fatta saved my intercontinental moving from inevitable disaster. Halfway through they were able to take over my shipment from another company, whose reps drove me crazy from the start, and carried on with it until delivery of my goods safe and sound to my door. I was always guided, supported and informed by Diego through all the steps of the way. According to Diego's instructions I was able produce all the documents Crown needed and when I needed documents from them, there wasn't any problem. Great service, nice people, trusted professionals.

Pro-active approach from the team with scheduling, explaining and chasing up on the move. Special mention to Diego Bonizzoni for the guidance and management of the move and logistics. Movers arrived at all locations on time. Quick, efficient packing and unpacking from the moving teams on the day; even helping to dismantle and reassemble equipment without fuss. Would definately recommend and use this company again. Very pleased!
