I piatti erano molto buoni, unica pecca i pizzoccheri un po' troppo unti! La polenta con verze e formaggi divina! Ci siamo trovati benissimo! 2 antipasti 2 primi 1/2 di vino 2 acque e due caffè per un totale di 55 euro! Consigliato Great place for a nice lunch after the walk! Nice, hospitable and super nice and helpful staff! The dishes were very good, the only downside was the pizzoccheri a little too greasy! The polenta with cabbage and cheeses is divine! We had a great time! 2 appetizers 2 first 1/2 of wine 2 waters and two coffees for a total of 55 euros! Advised

S	Silje Hatlø Hagen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to have pizzoccheri this evening and was not disappointed! Nice, informal restaurant with friendly and accomodating staff. Lovely food and wine, and everything at the right time. Make sure to park in Via del Rii, don't try to go all the way up with the car as there is no parking there. The small ascent on foot will help the appetite! After pizzoccheri we had cakes, mascarpone-ricotta with lemon for me and cake with nuts and chestnuts for my partner. Lovely! Will come back again to see the view in sunlight!
S	Sally Rooks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing traditional food!!! Honestly the very best meal of my entire trip to Italy without a doubt. The three of us had the beef with wine sauce served and polenta and also the ‘black’ pasta in a creamy sauce which was called something like pizzoroa! Dessert was chocolate and hazelnut brownie-like tart, ricotta cheese cake and pears with chocolate tart. Even though it was raining we sat outside under the wooden canopy with the beautiful mountain and a glimpse of the lake as our back drop - it was perfect. The waiter/bar man was so very lovely!! I wished I had got his name to praise him personally. He was welcoming and friendly even though the restaurant was really busy he helped with local area knowledge for ‘must see’ suggestions. If I ever return I will definitely go back here.

We ordered 2 dishes Polenta with Manzo (meat) and Polenta with Porcini Mushroom. The desserts are yummy too. We spent 60 Euro for all food and dessert that we ordered included 2 water and one wine... which is good price. Definitely we will back to this place.

Communication to make the reservation was flawless, complete with detailed description of where to park (a 200m walk is necessary to reach the restaurant). Food was high quality, honest fare. The cacio e pepe risotto was a warm hug. The owner was very knowledgeable and passionate about the products. Descriptions of wine and cheese were readily given. Pear ricotta cake was A+!! Thanks for the lovely meal and the coffee bean recommendation!
