★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per prendere un appuntamento mai risponde qualcuno al telefono, per giorni e giorni ho provato e quando risponde la ragazza ti chiude subito la bocca dicendo che è occupato tutta la settimana, a parte questo il suo lato gentile e umano lascia desiderare per come ti risponde. Ti passa la voglia di andare dal dottore direi!
 To make an appointment, someone on the phone never answers, for days and days I tried and when the girl answers she immediately closes her mouth saying that it's busy all week, apart from that her kind and human side lets her desire for how she answers. You feel the urge to go to the doctor I would say!
