Che dire, ho fatto la scelta migliore ?? I have been attending CrossFit Palmi for 3 months and I am finding myself really super well, the coaches are all super prepared and above all always available for every need, the structure where to train obviously is not far behind, super comfortable to reach and super welcoming. La consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che sono alla ricerca di molto più di una semplice palestra. Well organized and equipped place, I attend CrossFit courses, I have always felt good given the professionalism and the wide possibility of choosing the training time, I can also say that I have had a lot of personal satisfaction and I have noticed clear improvements in carrying out the exercises, all this thanks to the people who work there. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for much more than one simple gym.

Ci entri per caso , ci rimani e non ti manca la voglio per continuare ad andarci. Del personale e dei professionisti c'è tanto ma nulla da dire: semplicemente prepararti, disponibili e super gentili.
