★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima palestra, molto grande, spaziosa e arieggiata molto pulita, anche i bagni. Gli istruttori sono molto vivaci e professionali ti seguono molto durante gli esercizi e ti sanno consigliare la mioglior serie di esercizi in base alle tue capacità e alla tua costituzione. Nella zona è una delle migliori a mio parere consigliata a chiunque vecchio o giovanissimo l'ambiente è tranquillo e stimolante.
Excellent gym, very large, spacious and airy very clean, even the bathrooms. The instructors are very lively and professional, they follow you a lot during the exercises and they can advise you on the best set of exercises based on your skills and your constitution. In the area it is one of the best in my opinion recommended to anyone old or very young the environment is peaceful and stimulating.
