★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proprio un bel gruppo... superato, o quasi, l'impatto iniziale (e ve lo dice uno che per gli ultimi 20 anni era andato a correre solo ogni tanto ed ha, ancora ad oggi, una buona decina di kg di zavorra) ognuno può praticarlo senza sentirsi troppo in competizione con gli altri e seguire i propri ritmi e carichi. C'è anche un gruppo di pesistica seguito da un coach con un passato olimpionico, quindi di indubbio livello. E poi c'è spesso qualcuno che porta delle prelibatezze... e che molti come me apprezzano! ?
 Just a nice group ... overcome, or almost, the initial impact (and one who tells you that for the last 20 years he had gone to run only occasionally and still has a good dozen kg of ballast to this day) everyone can practice it without feeling too competing with others and following their own rhythms and loads. There is also a weightlifting group followed by a coach with an Olympic past, therefore of undoubted level. And then there is often someone who brings delicacies ... and that many like me appreciate! ?

Just started the course in ramp. In the environment, competent staff who follow the athletes a lot. Recommended for a different gym than usual;)

Sono ormai quasi 3 anni che lo frequento e posso solo dire che professionalità, simpatia e disponibilità sono le caratteristiche che caraterizzano i coach ed i proprietari del box. Il box è abbastanza grande, sempre pulito ed ordinato. Da poco è stato anche rimodernato. Il costo dell'abbonamento è ottimo considerato quanto vieni seguito (tanto) e quanta professionalità hanno nel farlo.
Se amo il crossfit è sicuramente merito di Coach Claudio, Ilaria, Milù e tutti gli altri coach.
Fantastic Crossfit box. I have been attending it for almost 3 years now and I can only say that professionalism, friendliness and availability are the characteristics that characterize the coaches and owners of the box. The box is large enough, always clean and tidy. It has also recently been modernized. The cost of the subscription is excellent considering how much you are followed (a lot) and how much professionalism they have in doing so.
If I love crossfit it is certainly thanks to Coach Claudio, Ilaria, Milù and all the other coaches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe the only CrossFit affiliate box i saw who deserve this name in Pordenone and surroundings.
Not so big but with a very high coaching quality: especially for weightlifting classes. Staff is friendly and helpful, athletes too.
