★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped into Gallo Nero while on vacation in Florence and had an outstanding experience! The coaching was top notch and very attentive and the owners, staff and members were all very welcoming and made me feel like I was at home. They couldn’t have been nicer! Overall, this is an excellent box and I look forward to dropping in again. I would highly recommend CF Gallo Nero to anyone looking for a great CF experience in Florence!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am from the States and have been backpacking for several months and have worked out at dozens of gyms in Europe. I would say this was one of my favorite boxes thus far. Not only due to the programming, coaching, and equipment, but because of the people! The owner was super welcoming and gave me recommendations for my trip, one of the members drove me to my hostel in the city center after training, and one of the members invited me to dinner. I dropped into this gym twice during my 5 day stay in Florence and it was extremely welcoming both times, and i was able to get a great workout. The gym is right outside the city (about 3 miles) but you can easily take a bus (31 or 32 i believe). It takes about 25 minutes to get there and drops you off / picks you, up 2 blocks away. Highly recommended.

Coaches know what they are doing and get the right balance between strength, flexibility and cardio. I would strongly recommend this box for everyone living or visiting Florence.

Great box, I had a great coach, I met lovely and very welcoming members, the equipment is good(some of it even seemed very new) and it's situated in a beautiful building. Also enjoyed the programming/wod. Would love to visit here again. Recommended!

We visited almost every day for a week while staying in Florence and found the gym to be well equipped for our needs, clean and very welcoming. It is not far from the center of Florence, you can take a bus directly there. I was staying in Gavinana and it only took 15 minutes by bus. Great spot--go!
