L'istruttore, Davide, è fenomenale, ti segue con attenzione, ti spiega costantemente i singoli esercizi e l'allenamento giornaliero non è mai come il giorno precedente, mai ripetitivo (per fortuna, a mio avviso). Il Box è attrezzato per tutto, pulito e per chi come me deve prendere l'auto per andare ad allenarsi c'è sempre possibilità di parcheggio.
I have been training with the "Briganti" for over a year and would not trade with any other CrossFit Box. The instructor, Davide, is phenomenal, he follows you carefully, constantly explains the individual exercises and the daily training is never like the previous day, never repetitive (luckily, in my opinion). The box is equipped for everything, clean and for those like me who have to take the car to go to train there is always the possibility of parking.
