 I took a trial lesson today and was very satisfied. Congratulations on the clean and well-equipped rooms and then how not to mention the very good and very professional instructor. Recommended place.

Gym simple but equipped with everything you need, reflects the reality of crossfit, Noemi a great athlete, and Filippo a good coach give the structure that little bit extra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il coach é molto preparato ed oltretutto anche simpatico. Riesce a farti divertire anche durante allenamenti massacranti. La palestra è grandissima e ben tenuta. Il crossfit è uno sport straordinario, duro, intenso, gli allenamenti tutto sommato brevi ma con un pó di sacrificio il risultato è garantito: vita stretta per gli uomini e culo da urlo per le donne.
The coach is very prepared and, above all, also nice. It manages to entertain you even during grueling workouts. The gym is very large and well maintained. Crossfit is an extraordinary sport, hard, intense, all in all short workouts but with a little sacrifice the result is guaranteed: tight waist for men and terrific ass for women.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte ein super Drop in bei Crossfit Agrigento. Der Trainer war aufmerksam und das Metcon war auch nice. Einzig die fehlenden Englisch-Kenntnisse haben die Sache ein bisschen verkompliziert.
I had a great drop in at Crossfit Agrigento. The trainer was attentive and the Metcon was nice too. Only the lack of knowledge of English made things a bit more complicated.
