★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovare un box dove fare Crossfit oggi è sempre più facile ma trovarne uno che il Crossfit lo sappia insegnare bene non è affatto scontato.
Crossfit 40033 è un box accogliente, una grande famiglia, istruttori competenti e preparati che prima di essere coach sono veri crossfitters. Sono riusciti a trasmettermi la passione per questo sport, grazie a loro sono migliorata. A Bologna sono un vero riferimento... non per caso. Consigliato!
Finding a box where doing Crossfit today is always easier but finding one that Crossfit knows how to teach him well is not at all obvious.
Crossfit 40033 is a welcoming box, a big family, competent instructors and trained people who are true crossfitters before being a coach. They have managed to convey the passion for this sport, thanks to them I have improved. In Bologna I am a true reference ... not by chance. Recommended!

Il motivo non è solo per le attrezzature, l'ambiente, che sono ottimi, ma per la presenza di allenatori veramente professionali.
Personalmente ne conosco due e ho visto con mano come seguono i loro clienti e devo dire che sono pienamente soddisfatto.
Sono attenti alle posizioni, a come fai gli esercizi e di danno soddisfazione nel pagare il personal ....
Questa palestra ha dato un nuovo volto alla professionalità dei personal trainer
