★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing cannoli, amazing creme croissants and amazing... vanilla eclairs? I’m not sure what it was that I got, it was a little pastry filled with lots of vanilla creme and a generous amount of powdered sugar on top and it was SO GOOD.

But this time the Fornarina turned out too sweet, less nuts... Nevertheless one of the best bakeries in Venice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stumbled upon this place while roaming around Venice. Grabbed a few small bites and had to run back in and get more. If you're in the area, stop in and try a few things. The prices are good and the quality is high. It's a neighborhood place off the beaten path and worth venturing out to for a quality treat!
UPDATE: We went back a third time to try more things. Many treats we ordered were flavored with alcohol, which is not my cup of rum. Albeit this place is still good. I'm sure you can ask if you want to avoid the liquor flavored pastries.

Not only you get the freaking overpriced, but you also have to deal with the bitter temper of the seller.
Absolutely avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to get freshly baked bread and culinary - tomato bread slices, cruessants, ciabatas, regular white bread and more.
In workdays this place only works in the morning so be sure to get up early if you want something fresh for breakfast.
The staff knows basic English enough to make it easy to point and tell what you need )
