Forse l'unica pecca è che alcuni numeri e simboli scritti a pennarello erano un po' cancellati e difficili da leggere. Per il resto 5 stelle meritate! Excellent their promo that allows you to do all the rooms at a discount! All the rooms are very fun and immersive. Perhaps the only flaw is that some numbers and symbols written in felt-tip pen were a bit erased and difficult to read. For the rest you deserve 5 stars!

Questo pensiero è stato condiviso anche dalle altre persone del mio gruppo e da altri escapers con cui ci siamo confrontati. Sono costretta a cambiare la mia recensione, dopo il seguente episodio. Nonostante la stranezza dell’esperienza, abbiamo deciso di tornare e la nostra prenotazione, chissà come, era stata data a qualcun altro, la nota positiva è che hanno tentato di chiamarmi, purtroppo io non rispondi ai numeri sconosciuti, ma al giorno d’oggi esistono le mail ed esiste WhatsApp, quindi il modo di contattarmi lo avevano. Inoltre, quando siamo arrivati, il presunto gruppo che ci aveva sostituti, era presente e ha detto che era passato il giorno prima per riconfermare la prenotazione. A questo punto, mi chiedo, in base a quale criterio abbiano deciso di scartare noi, dal momento che essendo in contatto con l’altro gruppo, potevano disdire la loro prenotazione. Non amo fare recensioni negative, ma se guardate il mio profilo, non è stata proprio la mia prima Escape room, dal momento che sono la mia passione, se dovessi trovarmi a fare la mia prima esperienza qua, non tornerei mai a farne un’altra. Inutile dire che non mi rivedranno più. Initially I gave four stars, since I was quite happy, however as soon as I left the room I had the feeling that they did not want to help us out, even though we had asked for help several times, only to make us pay for the extra time. This thought was also shared by the other people in my group and by other escapers with whom we confronted. I am forced to change my review after the following episode. Despite the strangeness of the experience we decided to return and our reservation, who knows how, was given to someone else, the positive note is that they tried to call me, unfortunately I don't answer unknown numbers, but nowadays there are emails and there is WhatsApp, so they had the way to contact me. Also, when we arrived, the alleged group that had substitutes for us was present and said they had come by the day before to reconfirm the booking. At this point, I wonder, on the basis of what criteria they decided to discard us, since being in contact with the other group, they could cancel their booking. I don't like doing bad reviews, but if you look at my profile, it wasn't really my first Escape room, since they are my passion, if I find myself having my first experience here, I would never go back to another one. . Needless to say, they won't see me again.

Il tempo di esecuzione, 60 minuti, è abbastanza per divertirsi, ma non troppo per stufarsi. Il personale è non solo gentile, ma anche molto professionale nell'aiutarti, ma senza eccedere. Il prezzo, considerati tutti questi aspetti, risulta estremamente corretto. As this is my first experience in an escape room, my judgment is beyond comparison with others. I found the experience very satisfying. The running time, 60 minutes, is enough to have fun, but not too much to get bored. The staff are not only friendly but also very professional in helping you, but not overdoing it. The price, considering all these aspects, is extremely correct.

Soldi veramente ben spesi, consigliatissimo As a first experience we did the tomb of Tutankamon and I had a lot of fun, puzzles not at all obvious but beautiful to solve, an atmosphere that makes you immerse yourself in the theme of the room. € 20 an hour and if you want you can pay € 5 for an additional quarter of an hour. Really well worth the money, highly recommended

Per la mia famiglia era la prima volta e quindi siamo partiti un po' incerti, ma il gioco prende così tanto che in un attimo dimentichi l'esitazione e ti scateni. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio a tutti di tutte le età Medal of honor to the guys who manage it all. Available and very kind. For my family it was the first time and so we left a little uncertain, but the game takes so much that in a moment you forget the hesitation and go wild. We will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone of all ages
E	Erika Marinchel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prima volta che ho fatto qui l'escaperoom, la sensazione è stata bello! ma vogliono guadagnarci con ritardi nell' aiuto e puntano al tempo extra che paghi come l'oro, la seconda volta non ho visto mai la stanza perché a loro dire per un errore di sistema la stanza è stata prenotata da altri( che forse non avevano lo sconto)! Che dire grazie a voi ho scoperto altre escaperoom più professionali! The first time I escaperoomed here, the feeling was good! but they want to make money with delays in helping and they aim for the extra time you pay like gold, the second time I never saw the room because they say due to a system error the room was booked by others (who maybe didn't have the discount)! What can I say thanks to you I discovered other more professional escaperooms!
L	Laura Jakobsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried Psycho Hospital, 2 players. The thing that bugged us was, that the hints came more and more frequently towards the end of the game. In the end, there wasn't even a minute to think, before we were told what to do. That left us with 20 minutes unused time, which to me is a no go. The game itself was both creative and fun, but there were a few lame and poor quality objects, which made it less realistic. I would have given this a 2/5, but in acknowledgement of the staff letting us play in the middle of the day (even though I had made a reservation wrongfully at another time), it pulls the rating up a bit.
