Oggi mi sono recato presso di loro per restituire uno dei 2 ancora integro e acquistare la pittura per completare il lavoro. La risposta è stata che non potevano riprendere il prodotto che ho avanzato in quanto, essendo a fine anno, hanno già scaricato tutta la merce. Complimenti, meglio non riprendere un prodotto e venderne un altro dal costo elevato (pittura termica). Fortunati, la crisi economica dovuta al Covid non vi ha toccato quindi potete permettervi di perdere clienti. Beati voi. Mi rivolgerò a venditori più cortesi.

The answer was that they could not take back the product I have left over because, being at the end of the year, they have already unloaded all the goods. Congratulations, it is better not to take a product back and sell another with a high cost (thermal paint). Fortunately, the economic crisis due to Covid has not touched you so you can afford to lose customers. Lucky you. I will turn to more courteous sellers.
