Non siete minimamente organizzati (la mancanza di organizzazione regna sovrana), non rispondete mai al telefono se non una volta su mille e comunque quell'unica volta su mille che rispondete non date risposte esaustive, non risolvete neanche il più piccolo problema. Meno male che esistono altre associazioni.
 Really bad experience. You are not in the least organized (the lack of organization reigns supreme), you never answer the phone except once in a thousand and in any case that one time out of a thousand you answer does not give exhaustive answers, you do not solve even the smallest problem. Luckily there are other associations.
