★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo quando si arriva a chiamare il 118 il motivo non è mai piacevole, però devo dire che il servizio è stato eccellente.
Il personale che è arrivato, oltre ad essere supergentile, era molto preparato.
In pochi minuti ha allestito la camera come in un pronto soccorso, con flebo appese al lampadario, macchinario per elettrocardiogramma, ossigeno.
Il medico di turno, oltre ad essere molto competente, era anche molto "umano" e ci ha aiutato in ogni modo possibile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile soprattutto il ragazzo e la ragazza con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare al ritorno. Un po' meno la segretaria che ha risposto in modo non simpatico ad una cosa riguardo il pagamento, nonostante gli accordi presi precedentemente in fase di prenotazione erano diversi.
