★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto solo la sufficienza, perché comprendo che si tratta di volontari che sottraggono il loro tempo alla loro famiglia. Però se si vuole gestire anche la continuità assistenziale (ex guardia medica) bisogna farlo bene. Non è possibile telefonare ed attendere entrambi le volte 25 minuti senza risposta. Quindi 5 stelle per Croce Bianca e 2 per continuità assistenziale... Il resto lo fa la matematica...
I only put enough, because I understand that these are volunteers who take away their time from their family. But if you also want to manage continuity of care (ex medical guard) you have to do it well. It is not possible to call and wait both times for 25 minutes without an answer. So 5 stars for Croce Bianca and 2 for continuity of care ... The rest is done by math ...
