★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Operatore maleducatissimo, tariffa festiva applicata 150 euro per una distanza di 30 km + 30 km. Ho chiesto delucidazioni su quali elementi concorrevano alla determinazione della tariffa perché mi sembrava esagerata ( il tariffario cita "domenica e festivi quota economica da concordare ") e mi è stato risposto sgarbatamente che sono in linea con le tariffe vigenti chiudendo bruscamente la chiamata. Totale assenza di empatia verso il cliente.
 Rude operator, festive tariff applied 150 euros for a distance of 30 km + 30 km. I asked for clarification on which elements contributed to the determination of the tariff because it seemed exaggerated to me (the tariff quotes "Sunday and holidays economic share to be agreed") and I was rudely answered that they are in line with the current rates by abruptly closing the call. Total absence of empathy towards the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rischiare di fare un incidente per colpa di chi si definisce "servizio di ambulanza" è il colmo.. anche se con i loro precedenti non c è da stupirsi!!! Studiatevi le regole della strada, corsie preferenziali non servono a voi per agevolarvi nel traffico, ma a chi ne ha davvero bisogno ed è autorizzato soprattutto!! Prox volta non mi limiterò ad una recensione ma a rivolgermi alle autorità competenti come ho fatto oggi x info a riguardo.
The risk of having an accident because of those who call themselves "ambulance service" is the height .. even if with their precedents there is no wonder !!! Study the rules of the road, preferential lanes are not for you to facilitate traffic, but for those who really need it and are authorized above all !! Next time I will not limit myself to a review but to contact the competent authorities as I did today for info about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizzata per il trasporto in ospedale di un genitore ha preteso il pagamento anticipato in ospedale minacciando di lasciare il paziente su di una barella, meglio perderli che avere a che fare con organizzazioni del genere, mai più! Bisognerebbe togliergli la licenza!
Used to transport a parent to hospital, it demanded prepayment in hospital threatening to leave the patient on a stretcher, better to lose them than to deal with such organizations, never again! The license should be removed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avrei dovuto dare meno di una stella ....anzi zero stelle. Puntualità neanche a parlarne: all'andata per il trasporto in ospedale l'orario di prelievo del paziente era stato concordato alle ore 9,00 ..... arrivati a casa alle ore 9,20. Al ritorno mia madre ha dovuto aspettare circa 45/50 minuti per essere trasportata dall'ospedale a casa sebbene il personale dell'ambulanza fosse stato sollecitato per ben due volte, per il trasporto, dall'unità di personale del DH Internistico dell'ospedale di Cona.
Ambulanza pessima e sporca.
Il personale poco garbato ed inefficiente.
Servizio nel complesso più che pessimo, da terzo mondo.
Alla fine mia madre (una novantenne invalida civile al 100% e portatore di handicap con connotazione di gravità) dopo aver rappresentato il suo malcontento telefonicamente all'amministarzione della "Croce Bianca di Ferrara", io la chiamerei più "CROCE NERA", le è stato risposto da un addetto della società in maniera molto antiprofessionale e sgarbata: " Signora la prossima volta se la fa a piedi".
I miei complimenti per la professionalità ed il garbo che avete nei confronti dei malati che hanno bisogno di assistenza ed in particolare nei confronti dei disabili.
Questo pessimo servizio per la modica cifra di € 110,00.
Vi consiglierei di trasportare altro.... e non i malati!!!!!!!
I should have given less than one star ... or rather zero stars. Punctuality not even to talk about it: on the way out for transport to the hospital the patient's pick-up time was agreed at 9.00 ..... arrived home at 9.20. On my return, my mother had to wait about 45/50 minutes to be transported from the hospital to her home although the ambulance staff had been requested twice for transport by the staff unit of the DH Internist at the hospital of Cona.
Bad and dirty ambulance.
The staff are not polite and inefficient.
Overall more than bad service, from the third world.
In the end my mother (a ninety-year-old 100% civil invalid and handicapped with a connotation of gravity) after having represented her discontent by telephone to the administration of the "White Cross of Ferrara", I would call her more "BLACK CROSS", she is was answered by an employee of the company in a very anti-professional and rude way: "Madam, next time if you do it on foot".
My compliments for the professionalism and kindness you have towards the sick who need assistance and in particular towards the disabled.
This bad service for the modest sum of € 110.00.
I would advise you to carry something else .... and not the sick !!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato il servizio con Croce Bianca per mia mamma senza leggere le recensioni, fidandomi che chi fa questo mestiere lo fa anche per vocazione e cura nei confronti dei "clienti-pazienti".
Bene, alla luce della nostra PESSIMA esperienza non farò mai più questo errore!!!
Il personale ( due persone) è risultato maleducatissimo, si è presentato in ritardo, ma la componente che più ha innervosito la mia mamma è che non si è sentita ascoltata ma solo trasportata...nonostante la sua richiesta di guidare con più cura per non sentire dolore.
Il tragitto era dall'ospedale di Abano a Ferrara ed il prezzo concordato €180
per poter pubblicare questa recensione devo mettere almeno una stella, lo farò ma non è meritata
I booked the service with the White Cross for my mom without reading the reviews, trusting that those who do this job also do it out of vocation and care towards "client-patients".
Well, in light of our BAD experience I will never make this mistake again !!!
The staff (two people) was extremely rude, showed up late, but the component that most annoyed my mother is that she did not feel listened to but only carried away ... despite her request to drive with more care so as not to feel pain.
The journey was from the Abano hospital to Ferrara and the agreed price was € 180
in order to publish this review I have to put at least one star, I will do it but it is not deserved

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, centralinista rozzo, aggressivo e irriverente, ambulanza non attrezzata per infermo con gambe rigide ingessate, viaggio orrendo con scossoni come viaggiare su un carro di ferro rigido senza ammortizzatori, aumentando i dolori e i danni al paziente operato. Il prezzo pattuito di €130 è stato aumentato a €150 all' ultimo minuto senza preavviso. Unico pregio i volontari molto gentili e utili. EVITARE
Bad service, crude, aggressive and irreverent switchboard operator, unequipped ambulance for infirm with stiff legs in plaster, horrendous journey with jolts like traveling on a rigid iron cart without shock absorbers, increasing pain and damage to the operated patient. The agreed price of € 130 was increased to € 150 at the last minute without notice. The only merit is the very kind and helpful volunteers. TO AVOID
