★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto bisogno di una ambulanza per il trasporto di mio padre. Ho cercato una società che mi fornisse il servizio e casualmente ho trovato Croce Bianca Italiana. Son arrivati velocemente e con professionalità hanno trasferito un uomo, indifeso, ridotto allo stremo. Erano persone come noi, ma qualcosa ci rendeva diversi: "Sapevano fare il loro lavoro e dalle parole incoraggianti, dalla loro prontezza si capiva che amavano quel lavoro".Ho capito la differenza che corre tra lavorare e amare il lavoro che si fa. Il risultato è "Vita".
I needed an ambulance to transport my father. I looked for a company that would give me the service and by chance I found the Italian White Cross. They arrived quickly and with professionalism they transferred a man, helpless, reduced to exhaustion. They were people like us, but something made us different: "They knew how to do their job and from the encouraging words, from their readiness, they understood that they loved that job". I understood the difference between working and loving the work that is done. The result is "Life".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina, 25 luglio, è venuta l'ambulanza a prendere un disabile che abita al centro di Roma al quarto piano (116 gradini), senza ascensore, per portarlo in clinica per un esame. Durante il viaggio, complici le buche stradali, il paziente si è sentito poco bene e ha vomitato. Accanto a lui c'era la meravigliosa Franca, la quale non solo ha aiutato nel trasporto giù per i 116 gradini, ma lo ha assistito con competenza e infinita dolcezza. Grazie, Franca! This morning, July 25, the ambulance came to pick up a disabled person who lives in the center of Rome on the fourth floor (116 steps), without a lift, to take him to the clinic for an examination. During the trip, thanks to the road holes, the patient felt unwell and vomited. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina sono andata a visitare Palazzo Colonna, vengo dal Nord, e un mio famigliare ad un certo punto gli è venuto male ed è svenuto, è arrivata subito l'operatrice di servizio della Croce Bianca, Valeria è stata bravissima, gentile e calma ha preso i parametri di controllo, quando il famigliare è stato in grado di alzarsi è stato accompagnato in un luogo fresco in attesa dell'ambulanza. L'assistente della Croce Bianca non ha mai lasciato il paziente. Complimenti a figure competenti e in gamba come Valeria, e a tutti gli operatori della Croce Bianca di Roma. Oltre al ricordo di Roma porto a casa un ricordo stupendo della vostra gentilezza, professionalità e umanità dal cuore romano. Grazie mille. Marisa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servizio medio ma si può migliorare sicuramente. Bisognerebbe anzitutto abbassare i prezzi e formare meglio tutti gli operatori a iniziare da chi fa l'accettazione , passando per i soccorritori che ce la mettono tutta ma a volte non sono formati e adeguati a situazioni di particolare disagio sia fisico che psicologico. Le ambulanze comunque sono ben attrezzate, arrivano in breve tempo dalla chiamata e in qualche modo gli ostacoli di superano. Avevo lasciato una pessima recensione che ho modificato perché alla seconda chiamata si sono comportati diversamente e hanno cercato di riparare al disagio arrecatomi precedentemente.
An average service but it can definitely be improved. First of all, prices should be lowered and all operators better trained to start with those who do the check-in, passing through the rescuers who give their all but are sometimes not trained and adapted to situations of particular physical and psychological distress. The ambulances, however, are well equipped, arrive in a short time from the call and somehow overcome the obstacles. I had left a very bad review which I changed because on the second call they behaved differently and tried to repair the inconvenience caused to me previously.
