Tutto è andato per il meglio: servizio impeccabile e prezzo più che onesto. E la simpatica cortesia del Sig. Luciano a completare e fare la differenza. Tanto di cappello! I turned to this artisan workshop, identified thanks to the excellent reviews, to have the delicate leaf of an antique Murano glass chandelier repaired that was broken. Everything went well: impeccable service and a more than fair price. And the nice courtesy of Mr. Luciano to complete and make the difference. Hats off!

La mia esperienza è stata più che positiva , mi hanno riparato due calici di cristallo spezzati allo stelo ed il risultato è superiore alle aspettative. In particolare desidero ringraziare il signor Luciano Bandinelli per la cura con cui ha effettuato il lavoro e la cortesia dimostrata. Competence, professionalism and kindness are the main characteristics of this artisan company which, among other things, deals with the restoration of glass and crystal objects. My experience was more than positive, they repaired two broken crystal goblets at the stem and the result is above expectations. In particular, I would like to thank Mr. Luciano Bandinelli for the care with which he carried out the work and the courtesy shown.

g	gojuryu512 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw a sign for this little shop as we were taking pictures from the viewpoint. A small grotto with a range of beautiful crystalware sold within. Some really unusual and unique pieces especially the wonky glasses which would be a talking point at any party. Great quality and a helpful lady looking after the store (non-English speaking but we managed). Would love to have bought more, but getting it home would have been an issue. Recommended.

This is a locally owned family store - there is a grandma, who’s husband learned glassblowing and the son, who first worked in IT and then decided to change and follow a more calm passion - and thank god he did! In a world of mass production, it feels so rewarding to hold a piece of work that you know who it came from, how it was made and the craftsman that went into it. It’s the kind of pieces you can leave in your family for legacy to your kids etc. I bought two beautiful whiskey glasses and two super cute wine glasses. They did an exceptional job wrapping them up for travel. Absolutely will be back! Thanks again.
