Abbiamo venduto la nostra casa e dopo circa un mese siamo riusciti a concludere anche l'acquisto. Non è stato facile ma devo dire che il supporto di Donatella in ogni fase e in ogni momento delle trattative è stato la chiave del successo di queste operazioni. Senza di lei probabilmente non avremmo venduto tantomeno acquistato. Precisissima nell'identificare il target giusto per la nostra casa. Ci provavamo da 3 anni e avevamo ormai perso le speranze. Lei in meno di 3 mesi ci è riuscita! E poi, il coraggio, la grinta, l'energia e la positivitá sono state di grande stimolo e rassicurazione per noi che stavamo compiendo un passo così importante. It was not easy but I must say that Donatella's support in every phase and in every moment of the negotiations was the key to the success of these operations. Without her, we probably wouldn't have sold or even bought. Very precise in identifying the right target for our home. We had been trying for 3 years and we had now lost all hope.
