★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo Centro, già consigliato alle amiche, ho conosciuto questo bel posto su fb e mi ha incuriosita, bel posto, pulito, nuovo, dicono appena ristrutturato e si vede, il personale preparato e gentile, professionalità al Top, il massaggiatore ayurvedico è stato bravo a mettermi a mio agio, essendo prima volta, massaggio bellissimo.
Great Center, already recommended to friends, I met this nice place on fb and it intrigued me, nice place, clean, new, they say just renovated and it shows, the staff prepared and kind, professionalism at the Top, the Ayurvedic masseur was good to put myself at ease, being first time, beautiful massage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molta buona volontà in generale, ma prezzi alti (35€ di pedicure quando la media in zona degli altri centri estetici è 26) e soprattutto servizio di bassa qualità, almeno per pedicure e cerette.
A lot of good will in general, but high prices (pedicure 35 € when the average in the area of the other beauty centers is 26) and above all low quality service, at least for pedicures and waxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienze assolutamente piacevoli: ho più volte frequentato il centro sia per trattamenti muscolari che per il massaggio ayurvedico, e ne sono uscito sempre soddisfatto. Il centro è nuovo, ben curato, organizzato su due piani e con cabine tematiche. Con me sono sempre stati molto professionali, seri e cordiali, mi hanno fatto sentire a mio agio e a seguito del trattamento il mio corpo ne ha avvertito i benefici anche nei giorni successivi, cosa che dal mio punto di vista è assolutamente apprezzabile considerando anche le attività sportive in cui sono impegnato ed in cui avere un corpo in piena forma è senza dubbio importante. Altra bella cosa il fatto che mi abbiano offerto il caffè ed anche della frutta. Mi trovo bene e continuerò a tornarci
Absolutely pleasant experiences: I attended the center several times for both muscle treatments and Ayurvedic massage, and I was always satisfied. The center is new, well-kept, organized on two floors and with thematic cabins. With me they have always been very professional, serious and friendly, they made me feel at ease and after the treatment my body felt the benefits even in the following days, which from my point of view is absolutely appreciable considering also the activities sports in which I am engaged and in which having a body in full shape is undoubtedly important. Another nice thing is that they offered me coffee and also some fruit. I feel comfortable and will continue to return

Poca professionalità!
Avevo chiesto di fare le sopracciglia e di accorciarle con le forbici ma non e' stato fatto.
Inoltre dopo 24 ore ho ancora dei bozzi li' dove mi e' stata fatta la ceretta (e questo non mi e' mai successo presumo che sia stata fatta male quindi). Tornando a casa e osservandomi allo specchio noto che alcune sopracciglia non erano state rimosse ed ho dovuto farlo io!!!!
La ragazza assillante,cercava a tutti i costi di vendermi pacchetti e trattamenti, piu' dicevo "ci penso, dopo vedro', la prossima volta" piu' lei insisteva e chiedeva il perche' del mio "ci penso"... robe da matti!!! ma siamo al mercato???
Inoltre non e' presente un listino prezzi completo andando contro la legge *Direttiva 98/6/UE, recepita dal Codice del Consumo, D.Lgs. 206/2005, art. 14-17.
Al momento di pagare mi chiede per le sopracciglia 12 €. Ma senza un listino prezzi, e se abbia inventato il prezzo al momento???? Chiedo spiegazioni della differenza tra mezzagamba 18€ (15€ per cera normale) e sopracciglia 12€ e si arrampica sugli specchi, senza dare una motivazione di questa differenza enorme considerando la quantita' di cera e tempo per fare mezzagamba a differenza di quella per fare le soppracciglia!!Afferma che ci siano i prezzi in cassa e sul sito, ma non e' vero!!!!!! ci sono i prezzi di pochi servizi, ma non delle sopracciglia.
Sicuramente non e' un luogo in cui c'e' trasparenza per il cliente.
Ma la guardia di finanza dove sta?

Little professionalism!
I had asked to make eyebrows and shorten them with scissors but it was not done.
In addition, after 24 hours I still have some rough edges there where I was waxed (and this never happened to me I guess it was badly done then). Returning home and looking in the mirror I notice that some eyebrows had not been removed and I had to do it !!!!
The nagging girl, trying at all costs to sell me packages and treatments, more 'I said "I think, later I'll see' next time" more 'she insisted and asked why' of my "I think" ... crazy!!! but are we at the market ???
Furthermore, there is no complete price list going against the law * Directive 98/6 / EU, acknowledged by the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005, art. 14-17.
At the time of payment he asks me for the eyebrows 12 €. But without a price list, and if he invented the price at the moment ???? I ask for explanations of the difference between half € 18 (€ 15 for normal wax) and eyebrows € 12 and climbs on the mirrors, without giving a reason for this huge difference considering the amount of wax and time to do half-pace unlike that to do the soppracciglia !! It claims that there are prices at the checkout and on the site, but it is not true !!!!!! there are the prices of a few services, but not eyebrows.
Surely it is not a place where there is transparency for the client.
But where is the finance guard?
