With all due respect, but leave the crispelle to those who are capable, raw dough on the inside and overcooked on the outside, badly closed (in some the anchovies came out) and tasteless ricotta.

Le crispelle con la ricotta;
La ricotta sapeva di niente, non aveva sapore.
Riguardo alle crespelle con le acciughe;
C'era solamente l'odore di Acciuga, l'assenza di Acciuga!
Come noterete nella quarta e quinta foto che ho pubblicato!
L'unica cosa positiva sono gli Spingioni:
Sono buoni, sono fatti bene, come quello della foto.

Crispelle with ricotta;
The ricotta tasted like nothing, it had no flavor.

The only positive thing is the Spingioni:
