Alle mie rimostranze mi è stato detto che è un ricambio usato acquistato con la formula visto piaciuto. Ho chiesto di restituirlo accollandomi le spese di spedizione ma niente da fare. Ho chiesto più volte le condizioni del paraurti e mi ha rassicurato dicendomi che se non era a posto non l’avrebbe messo in vendita. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE STATENE ALLA LARGA! Una volta comprato il ricambio sono cavoli vostri!!! Not serious, bought a used bumper according to them without damage "may have some small scratches" instead arrived with a dent and evident abrasion. To my grievances I was told that it is a used part purchased with the formula seen as liked. I asked to return it paying the shipping costs but nothing to do. Appena 10 minuti dopo l'emissione del bonifico per noleggiare un van, riceviamo una chiamata in cui ci dicono che lo stesso mezzo non è più disponibile perché i precedenti utenti hanno rinnovato la prenotazione per un'ulteriore settimana. Dopo avere già pagato! Insomma, ormai era prenotato da noi a tutti gli effetti... E invece! Poco professionali, poco attenti al cliente. Grazie a Dio si possono annullare i bonifici. I always find it a shame to waste time with bad reviews.
