c	carlo puccio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La nostra esperienza con Creo store Carini è iniziata l'estate del 2019 quando, in prossimità delle nozze, io e mia moglie ci siamo affidati a loro per la cucina, la Cabina Armadio e l'armadio a Muro della nostra nuova Casa. Inizialmente tutto è andato bene e il consulente che ci ha seguiti in tutto il percorso è stato davvero gentile e disponibile. Arrivati peró ad un mese dal matrimonio la situazione è cambiata. A Luglio del 2020, nonostante lo spostamento del matrimonio ad agosto, io e mia moglie siamo andati a vivere nella nostra nuova casa senza Tavolo, sedie e senza i due armadi. Fin qui non abbiamo detto nulla e capendo la situazione "covid, siamo stati pazienti sperando di poter contare sull'arrivo del tutto almeno a settembre, al rientro dal viaggio di nozze. Così non è stato!!!! Il Tavolo e le sedie non sono mai arrivate, gli armadi sì ma con tanti difetti! L'armadio a Muro è arrivato senza la parte superiore e gli operai sono tornati più volte per sistemarlo perchè le Ante non scorrevano bene! Son venuti a sistemarlo,ma la parte superiore la stiamo ancora aspettando! La Cabina armadio è stata montata male ed infatti una delle 2 ante non scorre bene e stiamo ancora aspettando gli operai per il montaggio dei led dopo più di un anno! Infine un'altra cosa per cui sono davvero amareggiato è il frigo. Ci ha sempre dato tanti problemi e in più non è No-frost. Pensavamo di poterci fidare ma invece siamo davvero delusi!!! Our experience with Creo store Carini began in the summer of 2019 when, close to the wedding, my wife and I relied on them for the kitchen, the walk-in closet and the built-in wardrobe of our new home. Initially everything went well and the consultant who followed us throughout the journey was really kind and helpful. However, one month after the wedding, the situation changed. In July 2020, despite moving the wedding to August, my wife and I went to live in our new house without table, chairs and without the two wardrobes. So far we have not said anything and understanding the situation "covid, we have been patient hoping to be able to count on the arrival of everything at least in September, upon returning from the honeymoon. That was not the case !!!! The table and chairs never arrived, the wardrobes did, but with many defects! The wall cabinet arrived without the top and the workers came back several times to fix it because the doors didn't slide well! They came to fix it, but we are still waiting for the top! The walk-in closet was mounted incorrectly and in fact one of the 2 doors does not slide well and we are still waiting for the workers to install the LEDs after more than a year! Finally, another thing I'm really disappointed about is the fridge. It has always given us many problems and in addition it is not frost-free. We thought we could trust but instead we are really disappointed !!!
